Brewing Instructions
Use cold, fresh bottled water. Bring the
water just to a rolling boil. Pour the
boiling water over the tea leaves into a
teapot or a cup that has been preheated.
Infuse according to taste or use the
following guidelines. Do not over
infuse tea or it may become bitter.
Green Teas: 3-4 minutes
Black Teas: 3-5 minutes
Oolong Teas: 7-10 minutes
Herbal/Fruit Melange Infusions: 7-10 minutes
