Terms & Conditions
Prices
     
1. All prices are in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of GST.
     
Delivery Services
     
2. Delivery is within Singapore.
     
3. A delivery fee of S$10.00 per order will be charged for home/office delivery.
     
4. For home delivery, all orders placed before 2pm will be delivered between 10-2pm and 2pm - 6pm, 3 business days later from Mondays to Saturdays

Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered between 10-2pm and 2pm - 6pm, 4 business days later from Mondays to Saturdays There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
     
5. Delivery time blocks are between 10am to 6pm each day, from Mondays to Saturdays.
     
6. Failed deliveries will be redirected to the Coffee Bean Headoffice. You are advised to call 6272 0036 ext 356 to arrange for pick-up.

     
7. For store collection, all orders placed before 2pm can be collected at your specified outlet 3 days later, excluding Sundays.

Orders placed after 2pm can be collected at your specified outlet 4 days later, excluding Sundays.
     
8. Collection on Monday is after 2pm while Collection on Tuesday - Saunday is between 10am - 2pm & 2pm - 6pm
     
9. Customers will be identified via their names and order IDs.
     
Payment Processing
     
10. Payment is via credit cards. (VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX)
     
11. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
     
12. Orders can only be confirmed with full payment approved by the bank of the credit card, according to the actual value placed for the order.
    
13. Please provide all required details asked for in our order form, so as to avoid unnecessary delays.
    
Cancellation of Orders
    
14. Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before designated delivery date.
    
Refund Policy
    
15. Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Confidentiality of Transactions
    
18. We treat all transactions and customers' particulars with the strictest confidence.
 
 
Toys featured in Cakes-to-go are subjected to availability. Notice of at least 48 hours before collection date is required for changes to orders (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).

3 - 4 working days is required to process orders. (excluding the day of order, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
