Online Terms & Conditions

1. All prices stated are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
2. Delivery is within Singapore.
3. We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as payment via CoffeeBean SG Rewards’ e-card.
4. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered between 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm after 3 business days, from Monday to Sunday.
5. Online orders can be collected in stores after 4 pm from Mondays to Sunday, including public holidays. Customers may choose their preferred collection timing in hourly intervals when placing their online orders.
6. Customers are required to present their order confirmation email for verification upon cake collection.
7. All orders are only deemed to be confirmed upon full payment made via VISA / MASTERCARD credit cards or CoffeeBeanSG Rewards’ e-card.
8. Please provide all required details asked for in our order form, so as to avoid unnecessary delays.
9. All fields marked as required in the order form should be duly filled up to avoid unnecessary delays in the processing of orders.
10. Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the designated delivery date.
11. Cakes purchased are to be kept refrigerated within an hour of collection and to be consumed within 2 days.
12. Food products may contain traces of nutshell, fruit pits or allergens such as eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds and wheat.
13. Defective merchandise can be replaced with identical products within 7 days of purchase, with presentation of invoice (except promotional merchandise).
