Cook - Western Cuisine
- Carry out instruction given out by the Chef.
- Follow the Kitchen SOP.
- Control and maintain food cost and quality.
- Ensure up most hygiene condition of the Beanstro Cafe Kitchen.
- Follow instruction pertaining to proper handling of equipments and its safety rules.
- Churned out customer's order for the kitchen.
- Ensure quality check on products from the kitchen.
- Monitor freezer stock and report to Chef.
MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY:
- Computer literate.
- Experience not required, training provided.
- Able to commit 6 days per week.
