- All prices stated are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
- Delivery is within Singapore.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as payment via CoffeeBean SG Rewards’ e-card.
- Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered between 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm after 3 business days,
from Monday to Sunday.
- Online orders can be collected in stores after 4 pm from Mondays to Sunday, including public
holidays. Customers may choose their preferred collection timing in hourly intervals when placing
their online orders.
- Customers are required to present their order confirmation email for verification upon cake
- All orders are only deemed to be confirmed upon full payment made via VISA / MASTERCARD credit
cards or CoffeeBeanSG Rewards’ e-card.
- Please provide all required details asked for in our order form, so as to avoid unnecessary delays.
- All fields marked as required in the order form should be duly filled up to avoid unnecessary delays in
the processing of orders.
- Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the designated delivery date.
- Cakes purchased are to be kept refrigerated within an hour of collection and to be consumed within 2
- Food products may contain traces of nutshell, fruit pits or allergens such as eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds
- Defective merchandise can be replaced with identical products within 7 days of purchase, with
presentation of invoice (except promotional merchandise).
