Online Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices stated are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
  2. Delivery is within Singapore.
  3. We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as payment via CoffeeBean SG Rewards’ e-card.
  4. Delivery orders will be delivered on chosen date of delivery, between 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm from Monday to Sunday.
  5. Online orders can be collected in-store on chosen collection date anytime within selected store's operating hours, including on public holidays.
  6. Orders will be processed and fulfilled after 2 business days from the date of order, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (e.g. Delivery or collection of an order made on Thursday can be arranged from the following week's Tuesday onwards, subject to prevailing public holidays). Customers may choose their preferred date of collection and store of choice upon checkout.
  7. Customers are required to present their order confirmation email for verification upon cake collection.
  8. All orders are only deemed to be confirmed upon full payment made via VISA / MASTERCARD credit cards or CoffeeBeanSG Rewards’ e-card.
  9. Please provide all required details asked for in our order form, so as to avoid unnecessary delays.
  10. All fields marked as required in the order form should be duly filled up to avoid unnecessary delays in the processing of orders.
  11. Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the designated delivery date.
  12. Cakes purchased are to be kept refrigerated within an hour of collection and to be consumed within 2 days.
  13. Food products may contain traces of nutshell, fruit pits or allergens such as eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds and wheat.
  14. Defective merchandise can be replaced with identical products within 7 days of purchase, with presentation of invoice (except promotional merchandise).
