Pandan Gula Melaka Cake

A light, 3-layered pandan chiffon sponge cake, with cream cheese frosting and shredded coconut, drizzled with gula melaka syrup. Definitely a local favourite!

This is a 9" Cake (2.7kg), good for 10-12 pax
